Sigh, we should have set off earlier, but the procrastinator (i.e. me) took ages to get out of bed to dress up. We were in time for the first dish though.
EC looked resplendent in her Kelvin Seah gown. Her gown had a mermaid cut, and was immaculately embellished with lace and organza. Didn’t manage to capture the full gown, but friends of EC can probably catch a glimpse of it on facebook.
Ex-RJ folks. Haven’t seen these people in ages. It has almost been a decade since we last met, but I think everyone still looks as youthful as before. ๐
Of late, I have been lusting after this pair of heels from Dries Van Noten. I have been looking at it from time to time, but I don’t think I’ll buy it because it is just a fad. I generally prefer classic designs. :).
This babe wears it really well – see http://www.seaofshoes.com. I love her unconventional yet stylish WIW looks.
hey i tried to find your email add but i couldn't. you can reply me by email if you want cos my comment is quite off topic ๐ (chewiegranolabar@gmail.com)
I finally went for my make up trial last Thursday with Sil & Gin. I liked the makeup she did for me, so that's good. Then I was thinking of getting another hairstyle for the 2nd march in cos my 1st march in is my gown, it's ok to wear my hair in a low side pulled wavy pony tail (same as solemnization). 2nd march in is in my cheongsam, quite strange to wear hair low.
I asked Gin how much it will cost, and she told me $250! I thought it was quite exorbitant just for a change of hairstyle. Did you pay a lot for Gin's services at your pre-wedding shoot? I'm wondering if it's reasonable…
Sorry for the delay in replying you!!
Glad you liked the makeup that Gin did. $250 is her standard price for an additional hairstyle. Depends on whether you want to try and negotiate.
I paid for Gin’s airfare and accomm for my prewedding shoot as it was done overseas, so overall, it definitely costs more than the prewedding makeup that she usually does in Singapore. ๐ HTHs!!
